Technical assistance is free for the life of your machine! Evacuators are not intended to be used for flammable or corrosive liquids. Keep work areas clean of clutter and spills. Use on level surfaces. Always be safety conscious using all machines.   MAINTENANCE Cleaning is recommend about every 100 uses. Simply suck up a non-flammable solvent into the tank and drain. Unscrew the muffler about once a week, dip in your solvent tank, blow off and screw back on. For wheeled models grease occasionally. Our rugged steel tanks will last many years with little attention. EVACUATION TIMES Evacuation time depends on several factors. The largest being fluid temperature. Our tests show that 4 quarts of 10w30 motor oil at operating temperature can be evacuated with our quick disconnect Multi-Purpose Probe in under five minutes. Take that same 4 quarts at 30 degrees and your time is increased considerably. Other factors are viscosity, (heavier oils move slower) and probe size. All machines include probes in various outside diameters allowing you to chose the largest possible size for the job you are doing. Remember warm fluids will flow faster than cold. Our recommendation is to always have fluids at normal operating temperatures for fastest results. Be sure to check local codes on mixing different fluids.
